Pensacola Bay Support Services, a Joint Venture of IAP Worldwide Services and EMCOR Government Services, has been awarded the Pensacola Base Operations Support Contract.
Participates fully in advancement of project Business Operating System (BOS) and Process Improvements by development and refinement of Business Process (BP’s), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), and Process Improvements (PI’s).
Essential Job Functions:
Directs the receipt, scheduling, tracking, monitoring and reports the status of all maintenance and repair work orders.
Project Lead for metrics/measures of execution. Determines appropriate work classifications (including Davis Bacon Act vs. Service Contract Act labor determination) and categorization of work.
Initiates documents either to authorize or to obtain formal approval of work requests.
Supervises the data inputs into the centralized maintenance management system. Project lead for Central Maintenance Management System (CMMS) using MAXIMO software and applications.
Supervises the project preventive maintenance database inventory and assets, determines PM frequencies, and assists with job plans. Documents and tracks performance for continuous improvement.
Develops, initiates, maintains, and provides both regular and ad hoc reports from Central Maintenance Management System (Maximo).
Point of contact for customer inquiries and status requests regarding work orders.
Maintains and supervises the service call function for the receipt and control of emergency, urgent, and routine maintenance work. Oversees the determination of execution strategies and priorities based on criticality and mission essentiality of requested work.
Actively participates in invoicing/billing reconciliation for work orders.
Ensures that all requests for utility outages are appropriately prepared and communicated.
Acts as project Duty Manager. Directs after hours, weekend, and holiday work requirements, on a rotational basis, to ensure multiple installation coverage.
Education & Experience:
Must have an Associate degree or equivalent experience with major related to job duties.
Must have five (5) years’ work control/technical support experience.
